iPhone, the Olympics and moderation

i have iphone.
it is fucking amazing.

i watch Olympics.
last time i watched this much Olympic competition , i was about 13 and it's pretty fucking amazing.

i am not going out that much and trying to manage my vice of wine/beer more.
it's left me waking up feeling amazing.


It is pretty unreal to watch the physical ability of a well trained athlete.
